या अलंकाराला खुप जुनी परंपरा आहे. या साजावर शुभ व मंगलदायी प्रतिकांचे नक्षीकाम केलेले असते. उदा. त्यामध्ये चंद्र, शंख, चक्र, नाग, कासव इ. शुभ चिन्हांची पदके माळेच्या दोन्ही बाजूस जोडलेली असतात. मध्यभागी मोठे पदक असून त्याच्या मध्यभागी एक लाल रत्न लावलेले असते. साधारण 60 वर्षे जुना असा हा दागिन्याचा प्रकार आहे.  कोल्हापुरी साजामध्ये जवमणी आणि पानाड्या (वेगवेगळ्या आकारांची पाने) सोन्याच्या तारेमध्ये गुंफली जातात. साज म्हणजे विवाहचिन्ह असे आजही मानले जाते. रोजच्या वापरातले आपले काळ्या पोतीचे मंगळसूत्र दुरुस्तीच्या वगैरे काही कारणाने देहावरून अलग करावे लागले, तर तेवढ्या वेळेपूरता साज अलंकार गळ्यात घालावा लागतो, अशी रूढी आजही महाराष्ट्रात प्रचलित आहे.

Shipping Instructions

  • Our Standard Delivery time is 6-7 working days.
  • For Selected Mhalsa - Silver collection, which are made to order, the delivery time is 2-3 weeks
  • For Selected Tulja - Gold collection, which are made to order, the delivery time is 2-3 weeks
  • Orders will be shipped Monday through Saturday only, and no shipments will be processed on Sundays.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping partner; however, we will assist in tracking the shipment if needed.

  • Store your jewelry in an airtight poly bag and keep it in a plastic or cardboard box.
  • Avoid storing jewelry in velvet boxes or pouches.
  • Do not apply cream, perfume, lotion, or sunscreen after wearing the jewelry, as these substances can damage it.
  • Please note that the gold plating on jewelry will fade over time, as this is a natural process.
  • Avoid cleaning with chemicals or solutions.
  • It’s best not to wear the jewelry while sweating.
  • If needed, the jewelry can be re-polished by a local jeweler.
  • Each piece of jewelry is unique, so please handle it with care.

  • We don’t refund or accept returns/replacement in any case.
  • In case the product is damaged during shipping, we expect the proof of the damage to be informed us within 48 hours of delivery time.
  • We will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. Products sent without consent from us will not be considered for replacement.
  • Please make sure of confirming the dimensions/color/material of the product with us before purchase in case of any size, color or weight constraints. We will not exchange or refund in such case as well.
