• For Selected Mhalsa - Silver collection, which are made to order, the delivery time is 2-3 weeks
• For Selected Tulja - Gold collection, which are made to order, the delivery time is 2-3 weeks
• Orders will be shipped Monday through Saturday only, and no shipments will be processed on Sundays.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping partner; however, we will assist in tracking the shipment if needed.

• Do not apply cream, perfume, lotion, or sunscreen after wearing the jewelry, as these substances can damage it.
• Please note that the gold plating on jewelry will fade over time, as this is a natural process.
• Avoid cleaning with chemicals or solutions.
• It’s best not to wear the jewelry while sweating.
• If needed, the jewelry can be re-polished by a local jeweler.
• Each piece of jewelry is unique, so please handle it with care.

• We don’t refund or accept returns/replacement in any case.
• In case the product is damaged during shipping, we expect the proof of the damage to be informed us within 48 hours of delivery time.
• We will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. Products sent without consent from us will not be considered for replacement.
• Please make sure of confirming the dimensions/color/material of the product with us before purchase in case of any size, color or weight constraints. We will not exchange or refund in such case as well.
